Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Vexin français, un couple d’enseignants avec deux enfants a souhaité construire une maison bois bioclimatique sur leur parcelle, héritage familiale.
Située dans le périmètre des 500 mètres autour de l’église de Santeuil, protégée au titre de la protection des monuments historique, l’avis de de l’Architecte des Bâtiments de France était important.
Le volume bâti est un bloc compact de plan rectangulaire limitant les ponts thermiques et les déperditions d’énergie tout en bénéficiant d’une orientation bioclimatique pour optimiser les
apports solaires.
Pour tirer partie de la forte pente du site, avec un dénivelé de plus de 5 mètres, les espaces nuits sont au rez-de-chaussée et salon, bureau et cuisine à l’étage. L’entrée principale se trouve au premier étage et est accessible par un escalier extérieur.
In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Vexin français, a teaching couple with two children wanted to build a bioclimatic wooden house on their plot of land, a family heirloom.
Located within the 500-meter perimeter around the Santeuil church, which is protected as a historic monument, the opinion of theArchitecte des Bâtiments de France was important.
The building volume is a compact block with a rectangular plan, limiting thermal bridges and energy losses, while benefiting from a bioclimatic orientation to optimize solar gain. To take advantage of the steep slope of the site, with a difference in height of over 5 meters, the sleeping areas are on the first floor, with the living room, office and kitchen upstairs. The main entrance is on the second floor, accessible via an outside staircase.
Le chantier a commencé début juillet et n'a duré que 6 mois au total. Après le terrassement et la pose des réseaux, l'entreprise de maçonnerie a réalisé les fondations et la dalle en béton en trois semaines.
Compte tenu de la préfabrication en atelier en amont, l’équipe de charpente a monté l’ossature bois en moins d’une semaine. La maison a été mise hors d’eau et hors d’air en six semaines à peine après la pose des menuiseries. Pour l’isolation, de la ouate de cellulose a été insufflée dans les des combles perdus et les murs remplis de fibre de bois. La pose de la couverture en tuiles petit moule et les finitions intérieures ont été réalisé en quelques mois. Le chauffage de la maison est assuré par un plancher chauffant relié à une pompe à chaleur geothermique et un poêle bois.
Work began in July and took just 6 months in total. After earthworks and the installation of utilities, the masonry contractor laid the foundations and concrete slab in three weeks.
Thanks to prefabrication in the workshop beforehand, the timber framing team erected the frame in less than a week. The house was watertight and airtight in just six weeks after the installation of the joinery. For insulation, cellulose wadding was blown into the attic space and the walls filled with wood fiber. The small-mould tile roof and interior finishing were completed in just a few months. The house is heated by underfloor heating connected to a geothermal heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
